| Once you have put all the items you require into the shopping cart, the next stage is to pay for it. Once you have clicked on the pay button your order is fixed and cannot be changed, this is because all your information from now on is scrambled and cannot be read by anyone. Follow the pay form imputing your information where it is required, once this is done it will ask for your card details, the payment will not be taken until you press complete, then it will take a payment and only then. The information will then go through to Paypal who will process your card details, all this is done through a safe server and cannot be read by anyone. Non of your card details come through to this end, only your order and address of where to send the goods to. You do not have to set up an account you can go straight to pay. If you have a problem with paypal not accepting your card details you will need to either contact your bank where you card was issued to see if there is a problem with your card, sometimes bankers can put a block on cards when being used over the internet in which case you will need to advise them you wish to use your card in this way, or sometimes Paypal are servicing and the payment may not go through at the time so you will need to try later, this does not happen very often but with all internet sites updates have to be done. If you have got as far as clicking on the pay button and you have forgotten something, or you realise you need more of a fabric then you will need to start again with a new order because the previous order has been locked into the pay system because you pressed the pay button. I hope this makes it clear for you when ordering, if you need further help with anything please just email me at sales@firesidefabrics.co.uk |
